MoreThe UK's Data (Use and Access) Bill, introduced on 23 October 2024, replaces the failed Data Protection and Digital Information Bill. Like its predecessor, it aims to reform the UK's data protection and ePrivacy regimes, provide for sharing of business and customer data, and introduce a framework for trusted digital identity verification (among other things).
