Children's data and online harms

We look at some of the latest guidance and regulation relating to processing children's personal data with a focus on the UK, Spain and the USA. We also look at the use of children's data in the context of protecting them from harmful online content using age verification and assurance, at the overlap between the ICO's Children's Code and the UK's Online Safety Act, and at the issues engaged when children's personal data is used to train or is otherwise processed by AI.
